Hello Gitential Community,
We keep working on improvements for cloud and on-prem solution, as well as some prototyping for the future development.
Last month we released some fixes and improvements, you can check them below!
What’s new:
We’ve worked on our database so our platform and custom solution reporting could be even more bulletproof and detailed.
We’ve upgraded part of our backend to make workspace refresh smoother and more efficient.
We’ve noticed our delete project button was acting up so we fixed it so you don’t need to store unimportant data in your workspace anymore.
Previously our project edition validation wouldn’t catch small changes done under issue tracking settings of the project without also modifying a name. Now whatever change you make, you can save it without any troubles.
We’ve expanded the data fields to match up developer’s ID, which results in better recognition and data alignment.
We wanted to make browsing through Developers list in Settings and selecting repositories while creating project easier for you that’s why we upgraded our standard pagination. Now, you can enter exact number of the page you want to see.
When you upload huge amount of developers, on the Settings / Developers view you will see a three dots sign, which when you click on will allow you to type in a specific page number.
The same mechanism was used for improving scrolling through big number of repositories to facilitate project creation after connecting a lot of data sources into your workspace, on top of the regular scrolling functionality.
For one of our client, we’ve created custom PBI reporting for tracking Agile Governance of their projects and teams.
Besides running daily refreshes and updates, we’re also providing regular summaries and recommendations via email, and we’ve created a special template for that to provide very quick overview of the current situation of the workspace.
This month we continue our journey to improving our analytics, performance, as well as UX/UI side of the app.
If you have any improvement idea, feel free to share it with us.
